Presidency Debunks Rumour, Releases Picture of 'Happy-Looking' Osinbajo, El-Rufai

In addition to a statement by Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo denying been insulted by Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state, the Presidency has released a photo of the duo.
