Okada Men Armed With Cutlasses Are Blocking Lekki/Ikoyi Link Bridge On Admiralty Way

 
About 40 men on Okada are blocking the roundabout on Admiralty Way in Lekki Phase 1, leading to Lekki/Ikoyi link bridge.
The men are armed with cutlasses, and most are wearing red bandanas.
