A woman is speaking out about her ordeal after she was raped and impregnated by her brother at just 12 years old.

Tressa Middleton of Broxburn, Scotland, opened up about the terrible ordeal she went through after she was raped by her older brother Jason.


After the arrival of the baby, Annie, Middleton found it difficult to cope and became addicted to alcohol and drugs.

Middleton, now 21, said that she never considered aborting the baby, but she did give the baby girl up for adoption.

Middleton had a hard childhood. She was placed in foster care because her mother was homeless. She was later reunited with her mother and brother Jason.


One day, Jason, who was 16 years old, took his younger sister to an abandoned building and raped her, which resulted in the pregnancy.

She kept the identity of the father of her baby a secret until she gave birth. One day, while she was drunk, she told a friend about the rape.

Police were notified. Jason was arrested after DNA proved that he was the father of his sister’s baby. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison and has since been released.
