Man Shoots His Teen Daughter With Gun Because She Had Bad Grades

A father shot his 13-year-old daughter with a gun after she came home from school with bad grades, police in Wisconsin said.


The 29-year-old father is accused of forcing the girl to bend over in the living room before shooting her three times in the back.

After being shot three times, she got up and started walking to her room. At that point, she was shot on the inside of the left thigh. The shooting caused her to bleed and left scars.

The father was released on bail with the condition that he does not possess any weapons. The father denied the allegations, saying that his daughter made up the story because she wants to live with her mother.

 The girl now lives with her mom. If convicted, the father could face up to 10 years in prison.
