Laughable! A Man was punished by security operative for violating traffic rule in ikeja

 This young man was punished today for using the highway instead of using the pedestrian bridge in Ikeja...He was ordered by the security operative to kneel and hold his ears, an action that got passers by laughing. One bitten, twice shy!
