Louisville Metro Police said that they have arrested 31-year-old Skyler W. Wheeler, after being accused of stabbing the unidentified man several times in the back.

According to the arrest report, the incident took place around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the police investigation, Wheeler was at a bus stop when he asked the victim for a cigarette.

When that person did not give him one, Wheeler began beating him. Wheeler threw the victim to the ground and began kicking him.
