What do i do?my husband threatened me

If I don't clean the entire house by time he gets home and this includes laundry he said I am going to regret it. I just became a stay at home mom three weeks ago and I haven't come up with a routine.


 The house is a wreck. But I do not know if I can get it all done in one day.

When he says I'll regret it, he believes in domestic discipline although we've never actually practiced it. I don't even know where to begin in this house.
