You’d have thought the presence of the huge animal would put an immediate stop to any activity at Myakka Pines Golf Club, in Florida.


But a scheduled tournament actually carried on, with bosses claiming it wasn’t a big deal.
‘If we stopped playing because of alligators, we’d never have golfers,’ said general manager Mickie Zada.
