You take good care of yourself and he let himself go. You've asked him to please take better care of himself many many times and he brushes it off. Not just weight but a lot of different easier things as well. Would you stay if he obviously doesn't care yet you weren't attracted to him anymore? Does it take more than love to make a happy marriage?
