Fire Outbreak At Maiduguri Phone Market Destroys Goods Worth Millions Of Naira

A midnight fire has razed down Maiduguri phone market. According to soldiers stationed nearby who witnessed the fire incident, the fire started Friday midnight from the middle of the market and all efforts made by them to put it out proved abortive. 14 shops and 40 adjoining stalls fully stocked with laptops, mobile phones and other accessories were all destroyed by the fire. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
