Sacked Police IGP Suleiman Abba Officially Handover To Solomon Arase (See Photo)

The Inspector General of Police who was sacked by president Jonathan, has officially handed over to his predecessor Solomon Arase .
The new Inspector General,Arase holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Law and Bachelors and Masters degree in political science and strategic studies .
