Former Haitian Leader Jean-Claude "Baby Doc" passes on

Former Haitian Dictator, Jean-Claude "Baby Doc" Duvalier, died October 4 of a heart attack Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Duvalier was 19 when he became "president-for-life", succeeding his father, the infamous Francois "Papa Doc" Duvalier, in 1971.
Accused of massive human rights abuses, oppression, corruption, and violence at the hands of his aggressive personal army, his rule was ended in a 1986 uprising, which liberated Haiti finally from one party rule. He was exiled to France, only returning to Haiti in 2011 as a gesture of goodwill to the Haitian people following a critical earthquake the year before.
Duvalier was arrested, however, but released after the case against him stalled.
He died at 63.
