Boy Attacked by two dogs In Igando, Lagos Deeply Injured (See Photo)

Little Omonigho Abraham was attacked by two dogs at his home in Igando, Lagos on September 25th he dogs ate up some of part his skull. The police say they are waiting for court order before euthanizing the dogs. Why will God allow this to happen to the little boy.
